Jessica’s creative flair extends to designing logos and banners for her various business ventures, including Sunmobile Homes. With a background in fashion and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology, she combines a keen eye for style with meticulous attention to detail.

As a seasoned Licensed Realtor® in both New York and Florida, with over 12 years of experience in mortgage banking and funding, Jessica has the expertise to structure financing for commercial and residential properties. Her specialties include manufactured homes, new construction, development projects, and residential re-sales, such as single-family homes, condos, and co-ops.  She also handles commercial properties, including multi-unit and mixed-use buildings.
